This employer is subject to the Minimum Wage Ordinance (MWO), Bernalillo County Code § 2-218, et seq. THESE ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS AN EMPLOYEE: 1. Minimum Hourly Compensation: Effective January 1, 2019, the minimum wage is $9.05 per hour worked. For tipped employees, the minimum hourly wage is the federal minimum of $2.13.
